What services do you offer?

We offer branded apparel, promotional products, print collateral, and graphic design. We like to tell our clients that we can do anything with your logo except for major signage (such as lighted signage) or vehicle wraps. In the past, we’ve done everything from make shirts for private family reunions to help rebrand local businesses.

How long does it take for you to complete a job?

The timeframe for completing jobs varies widely depending on a number of different factors, including:

  •      The type and nature of the order.
  •      The size of the order.
  •      Your budget.
  •      Your own timeline.

Generally speaking, we are usually able to deliver promotional products, screen-printed and/or embroidered apparel within 10 business days from the date of proof approval. However, under certain circumstances in the past, we have been able to deliver rush projects as soon as the very next business day. We love finding solutions to your challenges–give us a call with your needs and your timeline and we will work our hardest to find something that works for you.

Who produces your products?

All of our screen-printing products and embroidery jobs are created in-house by our skilled and experienced staff.

We use many different vendors for our promotional products, depending on the product and the job. Over our ten years in business, we’ve developed key relationships with A-rated vendors that allow us to access top quality products at the best prices.

What happens if there’s a problem with our order?

We are called Exact Image for a reason: we are committed to getting the job done absolutely right. However, even we know that sometimes a mistake is made or a product does not meet client expectations. In these rare instances, we offer a 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee. That means that we will do anything in our power to fix the issue and get the job done right, at no additional cost to our client. Our job is not finished until our client is happy and has what they need.

Do you do business outside of Montana?

Yes! Although we are a locally owned and operated business, and although many of our clients are local, we also have a significant number of happy clients across the country, from Seattle to Maine, from Southern California to Florida. While our national clients enjoy all of the benefits of working with Exact Image, many are also taking advantage of Montana’s lack of a sales tax.

How do we receive our products?

Local clients have the option of picking up their products at our office location or having them hand-delivered to their door by us. National clients will have their products shipped by a number of methods.

How is your business different from just ordering promotional products online?

We know that you have hundreds of options for ordering branded merchandise online. We offer a totally different experience from that. The level of involvement, care, creativity, and quality that goes into each job is above anything else you will find in the state or online. We work side-by-side with our clients to develop your logo, discuss your project, show you our shop, and make certain you are getting both what you want and what you need.
